Rye
Flour
Rye flour has an unmistakably delicious taste.Who
doesn't love a fresh loaf of rye bread! We make two different rye
flours – a dark and light. The dark rye flour is whole grain
while the light rye flour has had the majority of the bran sifted out.
Unlike our other crops, rye is planted later in the summer, overwinters
then is harvested the following year. Winter grains help to stagger our
planting and harvesting seasons.
