Whole Wheat Flour

Although labelled whole wheat, this flour is actually a whole grain flour because we really do use the whole grain. This flour is 100% whole grain and is milled from our hard-red spring wheat. This is ideal for those who love a hearty bread that's high in fibre.

For the beginner baker or for medium textured bread, this flour is best used mixed with our partially sifted flour.
